Generally we will charge you a flat Conveyancing fee (rather than an hourly rate) plus expenses for your sale or purchase.

Expenses Involved in Selling your Property 


  • Title search issued by the Land & Property Information Office
  • Drainage diagram issued by your Local Water Authority (ie: Sydney Water)
  • Section 149 certificate (zoning certificate) issued by your Local Council
  • Settlement fee
  • Our Professional fees for acting on your behalf

Expenses involved in Purchasing your Property 

  • Property & Rate enquiries issued by various Government Departments including Council, Sydney Water, Land Tax and various other Government Departments.
  • Certificate of currency for Strata Title Properties (if required)
  • Stamping fee payable when we Stamp the Contract and Transfer with Stamp Duty
  • Final search on the day of settlement
  • Settlement Fee
  • Our Professional fees for acting on your behalf

Additional Expenses that may be incurred with the Purchase of your Property

  • Pest Inspection report
  • Building Inspection report
  • Strata Inspection report (only required for Strata Title Units and/or Townhouses)
  • Survey report (only required for Torrens Titles (houses etc)
  • Registration fees
  • Title Insurance
  • Stamp duty
